The captions note there are several soldiers “all with the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Deception Co., 8th Brigade Engineer Battalion from Fort Hood, Texas.” they work on the “viability” of the Shadow drone system. It is supposed to reach up to 18,000 feet. It was “deployed at Vilseck Army Base, Germany on May 26, 2020.”
